The videos you select, video frames and recognized subtitles are processed only on your device. They are not sent to SubKu or any online subtitle-recognition service.

Subtitle records, settings and necessary temporary files are stored in your browser. Temporary videos are removed when they are no longer needed where possible; other records remain until you delete them or clear your browser data.

We use cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic and site performance. It does not receive your videos, file names or subtitles. The site uses only a necessary cookie to remember your interface language, with no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare and uses Google Fonts. External links open only when you click them and are then governed by that service's privacy policy. Videos and subtitles are not uploaded, so we do not receive them.

If you email contact@subku.app, we use the information you provide only to reply and resolve the issue. Please do not attach confidential videos or unnecessary personal data.

You can delete subtitle records in the site or clear this site's data in your browser settings. Because videos and subtitles are not uploaded, we cannot view or restore that local data for you. For questions about personal data provided by email, contact contact@subku.app.

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change and will revise the effective date on this page.
